"A Gentleman Waiting in the Train Station at Twilight" is the name given to a ghost at the station in the Dead Sea where the party acquires the Station Pass. He has one line:

 [Ghost]
   It-is-time... You-must-go...
   You-will-miss-the-train.

Name Origin

In the debug room for Chrono Cross (removed from the final but accessible in the Chrono Cross Demo), there are a list of event flags that can be set to help debug the game. They refer to important events in the story, and one of them is:

駅廃虛黄昏の紳士

Which refers to this guy, as seen with this breakdown:

駅 station
廃虛 ruin
黄昏 twilight
紳士 gentleman
