A mermaid was caught and put on display in Termina for the Viper Festival. She quietly wept in her tank, and did not try to escape. Korcha eventually fought in her defense, and let her know that if she were to escape, it would have to be by her own efforts. She soon sprang from the tank and met Korcha downstream; she gave him his BigLure technique, noting that word of his fishing habits had reached the mermaid population.
