The Porre Mayor's Manor is home to the Porre Mayor, a greedy, venal man. In the modern era, he somehow receives the Moon Stone before it is charged into the Sun Stone; he refuses to give the item to Crono, who changes time to make him a more docile person. The mayor is subsequently changed to a generous, loving man who offers the stone up at the first chance to the party.
